Utilizing of Artificial Intelligence in the World of Industrial Automation<\/span><\/h1>\n

The field of industrial automation is one of the most promising fields for Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/strong> utilization. AI-based systems have found their way into a number of industrial automation processes, providing tangible advantages.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nMachine vision becomes much more significant in automation applications, especially when robots are involved. GigE Vision is a globally standard communication protocol that has been adopted by machine vision camera manufacturers. Although GigE Vision allows for faster image transfer using standard cables, bandwidth requirements are significantly higher than in previous generations of machine vision cameras. Also, to simplify wiring, many GigE Vision cameras will use PoE for power, so only one cable needs to be installed. Incorporating multiple GigE Vision cameras into a single link in an industrial PC (IPC) will generally require a 10G link between the PoE switch and the IPC running the software.<\/span><\/p>\n
